The Challenge

Tree fruit operations lose thousands of dollars annually from untracked bins. Traditional paper-based systems are error-prone, labor-intensive, and provide no real-time visibility into bin location or status.

Our Solution

We built a complete IoT ecosystem that tracks every bin from orchard to cold storage. RFID tags on bins, LoRa mesh networks for connectivity in remote orchards, and a React dashboard for real-time visibility. Blockchain anchoring ensures tamper-proof traceability records for compliance.
